Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Checks too but must have drivers license number for our records in case of a mishap. Working on other forms of payment but no other at this time. Please ask at time of appointment or during initial phone call if you have about questions about the method of payment. Want to help accommodate all our customers in anyway we can but we are a new company and growing slowly. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Do You Charge By the Hour?
Doing carpet cleaning we charge by the room. 200 square foot is considered a room in most cases but sometimes we understand rooms can be a little more. However we do stay in that range. 35 dollars a room is what we charge. That is a typical soil load. This does not include stains that are colored or pet problems. Specific Pet problems such as feces and urine can only really be determined once an inspection is completed. Stains with color such as, kool aid, mustard, blood, finger nail polish, ink etc., cost 15 dollars and up depending on type and severity. Tile and grout cleaning are done by the square foot and is .75 cents a sq. ft. Tile sealing is .75 a square foot. Upholstery: Chairs, such as recliners, are at 40 dollars. Love seats at 55 dollars. Couches start at 70 and can go up from there depending on size. Chairs: such as dining room, folding chairs, or any cloth chairs are at 3 dollars. Rugs also are dependent on fabric and size. If questions on pricing please call. Prices are normally set but depends on situation. Please ask me and will discuss any situation. These prices are set for residential. Commercial pricing is a bit different and really depends on situation. If you have a business that needs cleaning call me and we can discuss your needs.
What you should do to be ready for my cleaning visit...
Please have all pets put away. Its a safety hazard for both them and us. We want no unfortunate accidents. Please make sure driveway or parking area has plenty of space for our van and hoses. Please have someone home who is at least 18 years of age. If that is not an option then please reschedule to a time when this is possible. This does not apply to vacants. Payment is due at time of cleaning. If other arrangements need to be made please call and discuss. We are here to help if we can. Must be notified before appointment time. If you want furniture moved for cleaning, you must remove items before we arrive. We do not move furniture. However if its an end table or a chair we might accommodate but normally do not move furniture due to liability issues. For safety issues we ask that customers do there best to avoid the cleaning areas where there might be hoses and machines. Its our goal to avoid any injuries to anyone within the cleaning areas. We want to make sure your clean is as safe as possible for you, your family and us as well. Covid 19 has been a serious issue for everyone around the world. We here at Super Solutions want you to know that we take the health of everyone very serious. We are fully vaccinated. If you prefer us where a mask while in your home just let us know. We also want you to know that our equipment is kept clean. We at Super Solutions know its a difficult time we live in. So we make sure safety is a top priorty.
